Still Working in 2016.12.26 !! I ended up not getting the toolbar. I still can not minimize the program from the program itself. Cyber Toon if it is not running the code with admin privileges, it will get an error code, where if it is, it will succeed.

The media player toolbar option helps me to stay on task by allowing me to switch tracks or adjust volume without having to change windows or wait. You can minimize WMP window and can access it using the mini-toolbar which is displayed in Taskbar.
