Just another PC mystery. This works in most cases, where the issue is originated due to a system corruption. If you have a lot of extensions, a "divide and conquer" approach may help. Thanks J3ffyD.

So this is maybe a solution. It didn't take long before I found that it was FormatFactory that was messing up my context menu handling.
