Windows Error Code # 2015 With Flickering Screen
It seems like an endless impossible task just to get my computer back to working order. I've even tried holding down F8 (and shift-F8) from before touching the power button all the way through to full boot. After the update to Windows 10, some users experienced continuous flashing on their screens, they can't open any program at that point of time, restarting the computer hasn't worked. I've tried all the things you suggest above and I'm not getting past the flashing screen. You may also check your system by connecting an external monitor. Thanks for all the previous posts, they helped alot. I had on numerous occasions deleted the graphics card driver so that Windows would download the relevant driver the next time the PC was started. If you upgraded from within windows update, you're screwed in that regard.You might also try unplugging your boot drive, power up until you get the no bootable disk screen, powering off, navigate here Stupidly I turned it off last night thinking it might be okay now only to have the flashing screen again.

What do I do from here? You need to type appwiz.cpl in the open box. At least for that machine, once I forced the upgrade via DVD (from MS' ISO download), the video driver kept crashing.
