I changed them to:- Position: Bottom- Always on top: Yes- Auto-Hide: No- Locked: YesAfter shutting down and restarting UltraMon, all of my windows now size properly and the secondary monitor's taskbar But what doesn't seem to be an issue is that the only work around after step 5 is to reboot the system or restart explorer or restart firefox/ IE. Fix. It generally happens if I have all three screens working, then switch off the TV. I particularly noticed that I would get this problem after waking up my computer with the display plugged in, but not if I start it afresh.

None of the reports above seem to be about Fullscreen after 2014, so I will tentatively close this issue as Cannot Reproduce. I restarted FF and the taskbar still behaves ok. Like Now...can't get it to autohide mo matter what. I followed the advice of another commenter, and disabling then re-enabling the taskbar to display on my second screen fixed the issue. I just upgraded from 7 to 8.1 and finding there are some minor differences I have to learn/fix to behave how I want.
