Windows 8.1 Hiccups
Exact same symptoms as you describe where the monitor turns blank for a second and then re appears as if there has been no issue. When I click on a login in the 1Password browser extension on Chrome, to fill the username and password fields on a web-site, I get a small hiccup in any sound The first thing you can do if you have issue with an HDD is to check its heath status. MS in their wisdom has been pushing their version of Intel Graphics rather than let users update them from the Manufacture.
Since 1Password isn't directly accessing your audio hardware/software (it doesn't access your devices at all, Windows handles all of that), there really isn't anything we can do about that. So, if I understand correctly, even just clicking a login in the 1Password browser extension causes a brief spike of CPU activity that's probably causing the hiccup. I have disabled all the ASPM and power savings capabilities in the BIOS and in the Windows power management options for the pci and USB (those I could find). DirectX 12 games, that's where things will change with less CPU overhead, cross-GPU rendering and in the end much more complex scenes. - Hilbert out Article - Guide - Review GeForce

I have no knowledge of how autodesk works, but it does seem that it has disrupted the default path. Right click and repin to the taskbar. We've started to see some issues from Norton's recent updates but not audio issues. If you've got onboard audio or a dongle, it's certainly possible — even probably — that cryptography would cause a brief resource drain. Oops, something's wrong below.

Back I agree 23 Replies Chipotle OP 101011001110 Dec 30, 2014 at 1:39 UTC I usually see a "blink" when my computer updates the video or loses connection For example, the 18.5 drivers works good for a lot of people. However the issue still stands. But why these apps aren't buffering audio to prevent skips, even in the case of a network spike, is beyond me.
Resolution of the issue is still the same though, go to the graphics chip vendor and get the proper driver from them. :) 1 Habanero OP MrAdam Dec by kiwifidget 1 replies Last by lNomNoml on 27-Feb-2017 18:10 Windows 10 Local Accounts and Microsoft Family by Aaron2222 4 replies Last by nathan on 26-Feb-2017 09:13 1 | 2 | When I click on a login in the 1Password browser extension on Chrome, to fill the username and password fields on a web-site, I get a small hiccup in any sound a community for 8 yearsmessage the moderatorsMODERATORSdiscobreakinTrustedSynth3t1cTrustedg2g079Trusted-MikeeTrusted, Live Chat Founderrod156TrustedKumorigoeTrusted, Live Chat AOPFoxletFoxdesgenTrusted, Wiki TeamPM_ME_LOOSE_LIPSTrusted, Wiki Teamabout moderation team »discussions in r/techsupport<>X39 · 6 comments A subreddit for our game.11 · 7 comments How would I download

My video would crash frequently until I blew off Acer and got the newest driver directly from Nvidia. Is your graphics card giving you TDR maybe? Is there anyway to fix it so I can still use Inventor or should I just completely uninstall it?
