I don't believe there is such a thing as an 'Optional' update in Win 10. This may involve several different versions of the .NET Framework, and includes software from many different sources, not just Microsoft. can you give so uninstall it in win 8.1 pro - fresh installed May 2015 - i think this optional update installed start of June 2015...well?
