You do realise that windows 10 is still pre beta.

Before you decide to move to Windows Phone, I'd recommend that you check out the Marketplace and make sure they have all the apps you want/need. Without the distinction, useless apps like Photoshop Express seem like a complete waste of disk space. The last Windows version people loved was XP.
