Ideas? As noted in my post yesterday, deleting the files inside the SoftwareDistribution folder did not work for me. It's working. The April update isn't difficult to install and logically should be installed prior to any future updates anyway.

What finally worked for me was to uninstall the Samsung "helper" applications for upgrades and solutions. whyy? The offer to "refresh" was way too easy to initiate and, for a newbie user who actually believed the "no files would be affected", quite upsetting.
