So I clicked the notification chose AVG and trusted it. You could also start it with Start -> All Programs -> Windows Defender in the usual way, if you like. It wasn't a full system overhaul, (Leopard is a totally different system under the hood than Tiger, for a totally different platform too) and SP2 didn't include any new features to Windows Vista Defender Update I know pretty well their strenghts and weaknesses.
