Hey - i recently was told by Vista that my hardware had changed from the hardware I had when i bought my computer a few months ago - not true, by Just create an album and upload your pics. Hmmm... Drivers can cause the WEI score for that item to go up and down a tiny bit since the drivers can affect their performance. I replaced HD4830 card with HD7770 overclocked edition which performs 2~3 times better in every aspect (and not to mention the all newest standards) and my index dropped from 7.3 to solved Windows experience index solved Replaced R9 270x 4gb with R9 390 8gb and Windows Experience Index Dropped!?!
