Windows Update Service Not Running - WHS2011 Gives Alert

I have run windows update troubleshooting and it tells that some errors found and those are fixed. Edited by jeffla, 22 August 2011 - 11:14 PM. There must have been a problem whit the connection when checking the service status. The symptom is continuously getting the above alert from the WHS launchpad.

When It is running in this client WHS2011 server is satisfied with Windows update service status, but later it starts again giving the alert. WHS and WSE have a lot in common, but one of those similar features is Connector, software that is installed on any client-based PCs—Windows PCs and Macs—to control backups, remote access, Remove the invalid entry in the registry for the mis-pointing URL reference. So I just said fu-ck it and put V1 back on there.

Thanks to Joshua H. WSUS did not work correctly on all, and I have successfully reconfigured them and their clients to get MS updates from Microsoft, rather than WSUS. My test 2011 machine (which is actually my old Win7 desktop computer) has been running for several months and has never given any trouble.

I don't know if it it should be running all the time or not. All times are GMT -5. This might be odd question, but I'm a little bit concerned about this alert. I had spent the last 3 weekends attempting to solve problems that were beyond my current abilities.
